Ethiopian coffee is known for it's diversity of flavour between micro-regions. Kochere coffees have strong tea-like characteristics with citrus and stone fruit flavours. The Boji washing station where this coffee is processed is in the Kochere district within Yirgacheffe. The coffee is depulped and washed using spring water at Boji station within 12 hours of delivery.
