FAQ

  • We roast our coffee on Monday and Tuesday every week and all orders will be dispatched in the same week so you will receive freshly roasted coffee in your order.

  • Tracking information from Royal Mail can be provided on request, send an email to info@fortitudecoffee.com to request the reference number for your order

  • All parcels are sent Second Class with Royal Mail. Your coffee should normally arrive 2-3 working days after you receive a dispatch email from us.

  • If your coffee hasn’t arrived 7 days after you receive a dispatch email from us, get in touch at info@fortitudecoffee.com and we will look into this for you.

  • 0 - 2kg = £2.99
    2kg or more = £7.99

  • If you have received an incorrect item, let us know as soon as possible and we will rectify this for you. If your coffee isn’t tasting as it should, we can send through some recipes to help extract the best flavour from this coffee on your chosen brew method. Any other issues, get in touch at info@fortitudecoffee.com and we will do our best to help.

  • We use green Jiffy envelopes to mail our 250g coffee bags which are made from 100% recycled materials and can be recycled with other paper recycling. Even better, these envelopes can be used again and again as the fibres inside expand and become more protective with continued use, so please reuse if possible. Our coffee boxes are made with 100% sustainable cardboard and can be recycled kerbside with other household paper products.

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate when you receive your confirmation email and notify us of any errors. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect information, but we will do our best to help.
