 About our subscriptions

  • Once you have subscribed, your coffee will be shipped on our next available dispatch day. Your coffee will then be dispatched at the same time every week, fortnight or month, depending on the frequency of your subscription. All parcels are shipped Second Class with the Royal Mail. We can provide a tracking number on request. If your coffee has not arrived after 7 days, let us know and we will look into this for you.

  • Classic subscription coffees will change every three to four months. This coffee is usually served as our main espresso in our cafes. We always choose a sweet and easy drinking coffee which works well black or with milk. If you subscribe to our Curated subscription, you will receive a rotating selection from our current range. This will usually be an interesting coffee with a delicate or complex flavour profile. This subscription offers more variety but depending on the frequency of your subscription, as well as our current offering, you may receive the same coffee more than once.

  • All our coffee is omni-roasted which means it works well on both espresso and filter. Different brew methods will highlight different characteristics in each coffee. In general, if you prefer an easy drinking espresso with consistent and familiar flavours we would recommend the Classic subscription. The Curated subscription is ideal for filter coffee drinkers and those who prefer a more complex and interesting espresso.

  • Of course, this is no problem. If you would like to receive your coffee ground to suit a particular brew method just select this from the drop down menu as you purchase your subscription. If you have any questions about the brew methods listed send an email to info@fortitudecoffee.com and we will be happy to help. You can change the grind setting at a future date by following the ‘manage my subscription’ link on our website. You can find this on the subscriptions page or in the drop down menu on the main navigation. This will take to you to the Moonclerk website.

  • Yes, your subscription can be paused at any time. You can manage your subscription by following the ‘manage your subscriltion’ link on our website’s subscription page or alternatively by sending an email to info@fortitudecoffee.com and letting us know when you would like your subscription to stop and restart and we can do this for you.

  • You can change your delivery address by following the ‘manage your subscription’ link on our website. You can find this on our subscriptions page or in the drop down menu on the main navigation. This will take to you to the Moonclerk website. You can edit all your subscription details here.

  • You can change the frequency of your subscription by following the ‘manage your subscription’ link on our website. You can find this on our subscriptions page or in the drop down menu on the main navigation. This will take to you to the Moonclerk website. You can edit all your subscription details here.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the ‘manage your subscription’ link on our website. You can find this on our subscriptions page or in the drop down menu on the main navigation. This will take to you to the Moonclerk website where you can cancel your subscription. Alternatively, just send us an email at info@fortitudecoffee.com and we will cancel this for you.

  • We use green Jiffy envelopes to mail our coffee subscriptions which are made from 100% recycled materials and can be recycled with other paper recycling. Even better, these envelopes can be used again and again as the fibres inside expand and become more protective with continued use, so please reuse if possible. Our coffee boxes are made with 100% sustainable cardboard and can be recycled kerbside with other household paper products.
